At Addison Court we aim to provide the best possible service but occasionally things can go wrong. We can make mistakes and circumstances beyond our control might affect our service.
To help us put things right we have a complaints process that lets you tell us where our service falls short and what we can do to make things right.
If you have a complaint, please raise it with the Office staff either by coming into the office, or in writing.
